NONE of these steps works.
The app doesn't even SHOW that I purchased Growing Together.
This is really not acceptable from a multibillion dollar company.
Give us Origin back, it at least registered when we purchased games and let us install them!
To get a refund processed, you'll need to contact live support as this isn't something we can do for you over the forums- please contact live support from the help site here so they can look into your refund eligibility with you.
If the app isn't showing that you own Growing Together, it's sounding like there was an issue with the purchase details for this transaction that live support will need to investigate further- here on the forums, we don't have access to your account details to see what's going on. You can reach out to live support from the site here so they can review your account details with you a bit further.

I've tried live support and got no refund.
My games showing I own it but it won't let me download it. On manage worlds the new world says that I preordered but it not yet available for download??
I didn't preorder I bought it today.

There's no live support to be found on the link you sent.
I can only send emails or go for generic questions and answers...- puzzlezaddict2 years agoHero+
@DolphineQ If you're not seeing the option for live chat, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.
@sharonkm The refund request form will only list purchases that are eligible for refunds, which Growing Together is not by default. (Sims 4 packs are treated as DLC and therefore not eligible.) That doesn't mean you can't get a refund, only that you'll need to talk to an actual person, in real time, to get one. If the support rep you're dealing with doesn't want to help, be persistent, or walk away and come back later.
