guests won't leave!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all sims 4 expansion packs, + spa day, perfect patio stuff, luxury party stuff, holiday stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know what caused it, as I've had guests before who haven't overstayed their welcome.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no option of asking visitors to leave, and they're not leaving the house.
What do you expect to see? There should be an option to ask them to leave, or they should leave by themselves after a certain amount of time has passed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I just moved my household into a new lot and a bunch of neighbours came over so I chose the option to invite the neighbours into my home, and they haven't left since! They're just cluttering up my house, eating my food, getting in the way and being a nuisance, worst thing is they keep getting in the way when trying to take care of the babies. There is no option of asking them to leave. This has happened once before, but then only with one sim and it was fixed by restarting the game, which isn't working this time. I read on a thread that this can happen if the lot isn't set to residential, but I checked that and it is residential.
