Had Swedish game, it’s now in English and I can’t change it back

I deleted everything from my computer to wipe it clean and get is as new. I have previously always played the sims 4 in Swedish, I’ve bought the Swedish games, but now when I downloaded the ea app and installed the games again it is all in English. I can’t even change the app to Swedish (it is not even an option) but when I look on my profile on the web it clearly says language Swedish.

How do I get it back to Swedish? I’m not using any vpn or anything so I don’t get why this is happening. It has never happened before.

    The languages available are dependent on what region you've purchased your copy of the game from.

    If you're looking to get different language options, you can try reaching out to the live support team to see if they can change the region version you currently have on your account. You can contact live support through the help site here to have them look into those options with you.
