Has anyones games beens crashing a lot since the Grim Reaper Events started?

Yes, my game freezes. Also today, when they did the update the event started all over again telling me to buy the Grimophone all over again but its already in my buildbuy. And now in "Rent" pack i'm experiencing glitches when families are evicted they leave their newborn and I have to put them in my home cause its on my lot then go to the phone and call them over. When they leave the baby leaves with them but the crib stays, I just put the crib in my household inventory. Its getting on my nerves.
