Haven't been able to Resume Game

RisaP01​  Are you saying you can't open Sims 4 at all?  If so, please try the suggestions in the first post of this master thread:

If none of them helps, post a dxdiag here (not in that thread); how to do so is described in the first post.

If you mean you can load the game to the Main Menu, but clicking Resume causes a crash and the "Failed to load game" error, what happens if you click Load Game and choose a different household to play within that same save?  Try a household you've never played before.  If that doesn't work either, try a new save.

In this case, you can also try the suggestions in the first post of the thread I've linked, but some of those only apply when the game won't open at all.  Still, it's a good place to start if you want to handle some of the troubleshooting yourself.
