Can't place anything from my library

I haven't been able to place anything from my library. It keeps saying NO BLUEPRINT. I just built these houses and wanted to put them in other saves. Why is this saying this? Is any one having these issues? All my mods are updated and don't use many. HELP! It has been happening since the all the updates.
