I have bought the growing together pack and the bathroom clutter kit over two months ago. I still can't play them. They are both saying restart to use. I have reached out to EA and I have done everything that I can think of to do and still nothing is working!! Can anyone on here help me out? This is getting so frustrated! I spent nearly $50.00 on these games not to be able to play them!

Hi, i have the same issue with growing together. i have also reached out and haven't heard from them since. I hope they can fix the issue.
@blackdiphylleia Please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
