Hello, i'm trying to run sims 4 but it keeps asking to make changes on device

I did uninstall the app but when i uninstalled it with revo i get the "this game is already running" error, which i had first. so it did something, but i still can't play the game. I have also run it as administrator, but it didn't help sadly. If you have any other advice i'd gladly try it out, thank you so much for helping thus far.
