Help - Sims 4 randomly crashes

    @cd11b5ab2083882e  The first crash looks like the kind of error we see with newer, high-end Intel processors that the motherboard overclocks by default.  This can be fixed with a BIOS update, if one is available, so please look for one on the support page for your exact model motherboard.  (Google the model number and look for the Asus specs/support page.)  Your current version is 2801, and if there's a newer version, install that and test.

    If that doesn't help, or there is no newer version, boot into BIOS and CPU turbo boost, which will probably be buried somewhere within Advanced settings.  It might also be called something slightly different, but Turbo should be in the name.

    The second error could be due to this overclocking as well, or it could be an in-game issue.  The key here is the faulting module: python37_x64.dll for the overclocking problem, Simulation_x64.dll for a variety of more generic issues.

    Neither of these errors is related to the graphics driver, at least not directly, so hopefully reinstalling the driver cleared up those errors (LiveKernelEvent 141).  But let me know if you see any more of them.
