HELP! Account got reset and game activation

Apparently, I forgot my account password. I clicked on "Forgot my password" and they said they've sent a password request to my email. But nothing shows up at my email. So someone said that Swtor account is connect to the origin account and the password can be changed through the Swtor account. I went and did it. When I login to my origin, my account got reset. I have to go through the registration process again. All my game data were gone. I wanted to play Sims 4 so they requested for activation code. But the activation code has already been used by my before-reset account! I really really want to play! I hope someone can please please please help me!

    It might take a little while to send (Up to 10 Min) So wait for a while and every now and then reload you email it will eventually pop up and you will be able to go to the link if you have poor internet connection that might also be the case if it doesn't show up after trying all this stuff you can contact origin and they will help you. Hope This Helped

    Is there any other ways rather than to contact them? Or to get another product key? I really want to play it ASAP without contacting them again...

    If I were you I would have them send the email again. Also check what email you are using perhaps your looking on the wrong email (Trust me it happens and if this is the case don't be ashamed everyone has done it at one point or another) If this doesn't work there is a product key in the box somewhere.
