Is there any other ways rather than to contact them? Or to get another product key? I really want to play it ASAP without contacting them again...

11 years agoIf I were you I would have them send the email again. Also check what email you are using perhaps your looking on the wrong email (Trust me it happens and if this is the case don't be ashamed everyone has done it at one point or another) If this doesn't work there is a product key in the box somewhere.
