Since 1.119.109 Game is not closing correct

I play on PC with Basegame on Steam and a few Packs in EA App.

When i close Sims 4 the game close normal. Steam shows Sims 4 as "still running". In the Taskmanager i can not find any TS4 Task. Also EA App stays running (normaly when i close TS4 the EA App automaticaly close) and when i wanna end EA App it says i have to close the game first. Same for Steam, i can not close Steam because it shows TS4 as running. 

That behaivior is since the patch and is reproduceable.

EDIT: I dont know why but in steam my cloud saves was reactivated (normaly i have this off). After switching cloudsaves off the problem is gone for me.

    Have you tried verifying your files on steam already ?

    Please also check the EA app forum as well as steam if you can find similar threads.
