I don't think this is related to the patch update because my game was working just fine yesterday. I installed the Pose Player and Teleport Sims mods but deleted them before I actually started my game up. When I did start my game up, all of it was gone, including the stuff saved in my gallery. CC won't load up, nor are any of the families. I'm even getting the tutorials all again. I'm getting afraid that there's nothing I can do and that my Sims are gone forever, which would really be terrible, because I have things saved all the way from 2015 and I also started a new household I was excited to play.Before you ask: I repaired the game through Origin but that did nothing.Custom Content is enabled, but not appearing in game.All of the saves are still in the Sims 4 folder.I haven't checked all the mods I have nor have I restarted my computer yet but I'm in the process of it.Could anyone help me with this? It would really suck to not only have lost my progress but to also not have any working CC ☹️

@caranatinaYou can double check the location your game is using by going into the game settings to see where is saves screenshots. If I'm understanding your first post, you still have your saved games in your Sims 4\saves folder.C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\savesAs that's what is says in the first post. It may be the game isn't reading the save files correctly. - I've had this happen to me a few times and what has helped is renaming the save files in the save folder.Have you tried renaming your saves? If you have an old auto save file (Slot_00000001.save) it's safe to delete as the game doesn't use it anymore. To rename your save, remove the version number. - .ver0 or .ver1 by deleting the .ver1 on the end.For example:Slot_00000002.save.ver1Rename it to:Slot_00000002.saveYou may want to give it a different number if you already have a save 2 in your folder. Could you check if you have the files on OneDrive in this location?
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
If so copy them back to where they should be.
In settings for OneDrive tell it not to synchronize the Documents folder.

Howdy! They're all there, if we're talking about the saves folder, but yeah, everything's on OneDrive.

How would I get OneDrive to stop synchronizing with the Documents folder? As far as I know the Sims 4 is on OneDrive for me. And there weren't any recent updates, I just logged onto my game and then poof! Everything was gone.

Open File Explorer, rightclick OneDrive and select Settings. On the Auto Save tab choose This PC only from the Dropdown by Documents.
You will Have to manually copy files to OneDrive if you want to have a backup there.
It may be necessary to repair The Sims 4 before it will return to using your local Documents folder again.

Apparently, my OneDrive was already on 'This PC', so so far nothing has worked. Also tried repairing my game, removing some mod files, etc. and so far that hasn't done anything, either.

So the Sims 4 /Mods and Sims 4/saves on OneDrive and on your local HD are now identical but you still have the problem?
