[HELP] Camera won't pan when I use CTRL/Shift + 56789 while video recording.

I'm trying to record a video showcasing a recent build and I tried using the cinematic camera on live mode and set points where I want my camera to pan from and towards. When I try doing this, instead of panning, it just jumps directly to the other point. I tried modifying the game files to make it slower, still the same.

Please help!

is_kkaii Shift-[number] should snap the camera to that location, but simply pressing the number should move the camera more smoothly. Is that what you see normally, when not using the cinematic camera? Even if clicking the number moves the camera more quickly than you'd want, it would be helpful to know whether there's a difference between that and using Shift.
