Help! EA keeps uninstalling Sims 4 and add-ons. Won't redownload

A few weeks ago, I noticed Island Living, Get to Work, and Strangerville were no longer working in-game. It states I own it in Origin, but it will not work and shows that I need to buy it when I play. Now, when I turn my computer off at night, EA uninstalls the Sims 4 and all of its add-on's. It never reinstalls the add-ons, just the main game, and allows me to play. Now when I try to play, it won't even download the main game. It gives me an error message and says there is something wrong with my account and kicks me out. What can I do? I've spent over a few hundred bucks combined on this game, so it's very inconvenient and upsetting. Help, please!

    Hello @KittyCatBLD,

    Are you playing through the EA app, or Steam? What's the exact error message you're seeing about your account- could you attach a screenshot of this error to your post here for me please?
