help my sim wont sleep

my sim wont go to sleep i have no radio i tried shutting off all lights if any one could help please sims tired past tired actually and he just keeps getting out of bed its not a cc bed and it happen...

    @leerye69 Hello!  There is a rather old post (2017) about this that is still current with comments as recent as a month ago.

    SimGuru Nick asked for saves in March 2020.  Perhaps you could add your "me too" to the first post and share your save with him.  The instructions are in the second post.

    In the meantime, does your sim do anything when they get out of bed?  Are there any actions in the queue?  Have you tried replacing the bed with a different one?

I have this same issue, I find the only thing to temporarily fix it is to restart the game. Then my sim can sleep, but whenever I edit the house she lives in she can no longer sleep again, she lays down and gets back up in a second. There's another sim that lives in the same house, but this doesn't happen to her. Idk what else to do but restart the game :/
