Help my Sims are pitch black

My sims that i have are pitch place from head to toe even hair you cant see any facial features it all blends in. I have no CC or Mods. the only sim in that household that does not have the issue is from the gallery. the rest was from the first generation and their kid. not sure how to fix this i repaired the game twice and reset my laptop. At first it was just the skin bot now its affecting the hair too.
