Help please

I bought Sims 4 on my Steam Account and had to install EA App. So far so good. I had an old account from Ea so i logged in and press play. But as soon as my game starts i got kicked out with the pop up says: (223471fd:0d5ce4eb:000000c8:00000000) 

Please help me, i dont know what to do
