HELP sims 4 random shutdown/crash

Game have started to randomly crash,no error message or anything i just freezes for 1-2 seconds and then shut down to desktop. Before this started happening I have played without issues for months on this computer(played for years on my old computer). This is what i have tried myself but I am lost as my computer skills are very basic.

1. Removed all mods, did not help
2. Removed all saved files and started a clean file, did not help
3. Repaird game,did not help
4.updated grapichs driver and all aviable windows updates, did not help
5.uninstalled sims and origin and removed any electronic art maps i could find before, installing again ,did somehow help alittle, still crashes but not as frequently as before(before crash within 5-10 min) now I can maybe play for 20-30 minuets

I know some of you are better at undestanding this stuff then me and hopefully can help me, how do i "use" DXdiag?
Do i just start it,then launch sims and play until it crashes then press save all information and upload the text file to this thread?

My speccs are included in a picture
I also found some textfiles in documents>electronic arts>the sims 4 called lastCrash but they can not be uploaded

  • @Hjortborg  Please do all of this, together, to be as thorough as possible:

    • Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop so the game can spawn a new one; don't add anything to the new folder.
    • Clear Origin's cache and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
    • Put Origin in offline mode before trying to play.
    • Before launching the game, go through the Task Manager's background services list and close any other processes that don't absolutely need to be running, for example Discord or RGB control software.

If you get another crash, let me know what was happening in-game at the time and how long you were able to play before it crashed.
