Help! Sims 4 won't install on mac
it says that the download is complete but when i click the install button nothing really happen please help !!!!!!!!😢😞

What Mac do you have?
Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running):
- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics
- Are you running any antivirus?
- Do you have Time Machine/Spotify/Dropbox or similar running?

memory : 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3
The minimum system requirements for The Sims 4 are OS X 10.7.5 (Lion), you are running OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). That is why you are not getting the install option. Can you upgrade your operating system via the App Store?
