I can't go online

Every time I try to go online to access the gallery or marketplace I just get a spinning wheel for hours until I give up (I have literally left it multiple times while I went to do something else and come back multiple hours later with it still spinning). I have restarted the game, the ea app and my pc, I've repaired the game from the ea app and nothing has fixed the issues. I've also checked to see that my wifi is definitely on and everything's fine there too. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
