Help! Sims 4 won't install on mac
it says that the download is complete but when i click the install button nothing really happen please help !!!!!!!!😢😞

i mean that when i click download nothing really happen
Go to Purchases in the top of the App Store window. Is the download showing up there? It will be a big download and may take hours depending on your connection speed.

finally it starts to download , i hope i can install the sims 4 after it finish downloading

of course , it's just taking too long
Yep, it's a BIG download. It will then take a while to install and then your Mac will restart a couple of times. Whatever you do don't unplug it or force it to shut down while it's installing. Just be patient and let it do it's thing 🙂

finally the sims 4 is installed now thank you , but when i click on play , it tells me that it's unable to start and origin is not running !!
Open Origin first and then launch the game?
