Help, why is sims4 so dark????
Why is this one room in my house so dark??? It is driving me crazy!
I've looked around and some people say that the game was made that way (Which I find hard to believe because it looks AWFUL) and that "there's mods to fix it!".
I tried a few mods, and never got them to work, I just bought the game so maybe they're too outdated I don't know.
Is there something I am missing? Is this really supposed to be so dark and awful looking? All the other rooms in my house seem to be okay but of course the one room in the middle is super dark and awful.

It looks like the game is not recognizing the space as a room, and thus an interior space in which it would use interior lighting. It is using exterior lighting. I would advise using the custom room tool to redraw the room.
