so when i loaded up my game it showed my sim all black and just in underwear, so being someone that used cc/mods I was like great somethings broke so I updated everything and still the same thing was happening so I took out all mods and cc and its still happening

Did you perhaps save the game with CC turned off? If you use "Load Game" to select and earlier version of the save, then do a "save as", does it look okay?
Sometimes there is some glitch when sim is wearing a tattoo downloaded from gallery....my sim was pitch black ,all I did was removing all the tattoos,since I had no idea which one was the culprit and that fixed the skin.
