"HELP"

Im not a new comer i've been playing Sims4 for 5 yrs. 4858 hrs  100s & 100s & 100s of builds  6000 DLs 36 followers.

I've tryed every which way to get into my game, it'll open but then i hit the start button and i get a ERROR from my PC "The requested operation requires elevation".... HUH? I've gone into tech, reboot, trouble shoot etc. etc. No avail. I've looked everywhere for a phone number for Tech support, none anywhere. Ive gone through the written step by step instructions &  I even just now purchased the MUD room kit, it took my payment alright but still can not get into my game... PLEASE anyone's help would be a miracle right now. SIMS4 is the only game I play and I'm VERY depressed about this, its honestly making me sick to my stomach about possibly losing my game.....""" PLEASE HELP """

    chippich​  Do you have Sims 4 set to run as an admin?  If you're not sure, right-click each executable, select Properties > Compatibility, and see whether the "Run as administrator" box is checked.  If it is, uncheck the box and try again—this issue is usually caused by having the setting enabled.

    EA doesn't have phone support anymore except in France and Germany.  You can try to get a live chat through the help site if you're interested:

    It can take some clicking around though, or choosing different categories of issue.
