helppp it wont let me update
When i try and go update my game it says this but when i press continue it does nothing... idk whats going on bru can someone help

I have Sims 4 downloaded on my PC on the EA shop. The new update is here but every time I try to update it; it just says “Downloading the Sims 4 indicates you agree to the following terms of play” in which I press continue and nothing happens. I keep trying but it won’t update.

Please try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here, and try installing the update then.
