Hello again! So much thanks for your help and time <3
I have tried to do what you have told and my Sims 4 still just load.
It's like I open ´Sims 4 > The intro plays > Loading screen that will just go on forever. I have tried to wait 30 min on the loading screen but nothing happened. I have tried to download the Nvidia with the Custom settings and tried to do it in window mode. My screen is 2560 x 1440. So I have before used the options and changed the resolution to 2560 x 1440.
@MightyPatrik Please try playing in a new admin Windows account. Make it local, as in, don't link it with your Microsoft account. Don't bring over any content from your other account either, and don't download any mods or custom content. You'll be able to launch Sims 4 without reinstalling anything, but your saves and other user content won't be available. That can be addressed later; for now, just let me know whether it works.

@MightyPatrik Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4:
- Put aside your Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts and rename it to something that doesn't include the words "Sims 4."
- Download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) from here.
- Launch Revo, select Sims 4 from the list, and click Uninstall.
- Once the game is uninstalled, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
- Review the list, in case there's something you want to save; otherwise, click Select All, and then Delete.
- Close Revo, and restart your computer.
Uninstall the EA App with Revo as well. I don't have instructions for that at the moment, but the process should be straightforward. Restart again when you're done.
Install the EA App, then create a new folder into which you'll install Sims 4. The folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.
When reinstalling, use the new Windows account you created, not your main one. And if you use a third-party antivirus, please disable it entirely before reinstalling, and don't reenable it until you've tested the game once. As long as you're not doing anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.

Hey. I tried to do what you told me, but with out luck again.
I have made a video this time where you can se how the problem is.
Then i open sims 4 its get 1920x 1200 and my screen is 2560x 1440 that is why sims is like that on video
I stop the video because it will just go and load forever and never let me come into the start menu.
