Game time and game clock are out of sync for sims 4

Question

Basically school starts at 8 but I won't get a notification that school starts in an hour until like 9 then the kids go to school at 10 and won't get back home until 5. Same thing for adults. The game time and game clock are out of sync. It happens in every save and begins around 1-2 sims days. It starts off like an hour off then progresses from there. I've cleared my caches,screenshots and everything. I've played without mods and cc and it still does it. If i go into manage worlds and go back into my house the time is back to normal but it just starts right back up again. This glitch is killing me and ruining my gameplay.

@racharlene&nbsp; Please test with a new save in a clean game folder.&nbsp; Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.&nbsp; When you launch the game, a clean folder will be created with no content.&nbsp; Don't add anything to this folder yet; just start a new save and let me know whether the problem happens there too.&nbsp; (It's a good idea to let it run a couple days and to test a family with both adults and children.)

If the issue is present in the new save, please try a clean boot.&nbsp; Use another new save in another clean folder.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post, in case there are any system issues that should be addressed.

@puzzlezaddict i moved the folder to desktop. Started a new game and got a message saying that it found an unsupported video card. In cas and sims look weird but never had that problem before so idk if it's related or not

@racharlene&nbsp; The unsupported video card message only shows up when you have a new options.ini file, even though your card remains unsupported.&nbsp; Since your options file was in the folder you moved, the new file means you get the new message again.

The unsupported card could be related, or it could be irrelevant.&nbsp; To see how the game is reading your hardware, please go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3, open the file labeled config.log, copy the lines between "Graphics device info" (about 25 lines down) and "Options" (40 lines down), and paste it into a reply.

It would also be helpful to see a dxdiag.&nbsp; And please let me know whether the clean boot had any effect.
