SweetIcedTay87 I wasn't suggesting that the original poster abandon their old save, only that it would be useful to know whether the problems were contained to that save or more global. That applies to you as well, so please test a new save and let me know which problems still happen.
If the new save is affected, please provide a dxdiag, as described above.
