Horse Ranch Expansion pack won't download
When Horse Ranch first came out I had preordered the pack and tried to download it on the day it came out. It didn't work so I then tried again the next day. It still didn't work. This was in July and it is now February of the next year. I have tried downloading this pack on multiple occasions and on two different laptops. At first, I thought it wouldn't download because of the laptop I was using, but it still didn't work when I got a brand new laptop, it still didn't work. I am not going to lie, I have cried so much over this pack and can't properly enjoy content on YouTube about this pack without thinking of how I can't even enjoy it for myself even though other people can easily. I have tried clearing the cache multiple times and it hasn't worked. I have tried repairing the Sims 4. Even transferring it onto a fresh laptop did nothing. For a while, I thought it was because I didn't have enough storage and accepted that fact. But I just figured out that isn't the problem. I have no idea what to do or how to solve this issue and I just want to play with horses in the sims. It's been like seven months I really don't understand the problem at hand can someone please help me?
