How can I activate the Sims4 Vampires PC version? I bought it in EA store, got the receipt, but I can't find this game pack.

When you buy a game through EA (the app) it is automatically added to your game library. Have you checked the app under Installed games/The Sims 4/Manage/Expansions?
Edit: You also own the base game, don't you?
