My sim (who is a teenager) got into a a relationship and could be flirty and can do flirty actions but then when her girlfriend aged up to a young adult they couldn’t be flirty anymore. They are still in a relationship just can’t do anything. I have to wait until my sim ages up. Hope this helped.
