How do I add a CC garage door to the bottom of a foundation?

Here is an image of what I mean:

Basically, I downloaded a house from Jenn2606 that has a garage ON the foundation. However, when I put the home in, the door isnt there. She linked the garage door download and it is in, I have CC turned on and CC turned on in the gallery but yet it does not show. Can anyone help me?
