How do I download my game on my new computer?

I need help to play Sims 4 on my new computer.  I bought the game a few days ago and downloaded it to my old computer - I just got a new computer today.  When I log in to my account, I do not see my games.  I see my purchase history, but no game library.  It looks like I might have to find the product code, but there is NO product code in the confirmation email.

    If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.
