Go to the my games tab in Origin, hover over your copy of The Sims 4 and choose download/install/play.
It doesn't come up with that option ☹️
@freyaxrose If you already have an activation code and have a pc you need to download Origin from EA and install. Origin is the DRM for this game ind is required to play this game. Once Origin is installed and you login (or create an account and then login) you can redeem the code you already have. If the system accepts the code the game icon should appear in the library section in Origin. From the icon you can install the game and start the game.
