how do i fix sims 4 not opening??
Hello! okay so ive been trying all day to get my sims 4 to open and it wont, and i cant seem to fix it. when i click on the app it brings me to my EA app , and when i open sims from there it 'loads' ...

Moochellie In your case, your software tester husband might save everyone some time by checking your antivirus for Sims 4-related actions. What you've described is often caused by an AV quarantining the game's executable (TS4_x64 or TS4_DX9_x64, or possibly TS4_Launcher_x64). Reinstalling the game would give you fresh copies of the .exe files, and you'd likely be able to play once before the AV interfered again. And I know this also might sound foreign, but a software tester would understand it.
