I have my Sims 4 game and mods on an external hard drive. I don't have enough room on my computer for all my cc and packs. I have the Electronic Arts folder with the Sims 4 folders on the hard drive and created a symbolic link for my mods (also on the hard drive, just in a different location), but it is not working.
prettytt12345 Where exactly is the symbolic link, and where does it point to? Please list the full file path for both. For the latter, double-click the symlink itself and list the location where you land.
Please also make sure the symlink is in the location the game is currently reading. Here's how to find it:

Note that the game won't "see" the symlink destination. The important question is whether the symlink itself is in the same location as the game lists.
