How Do I get them back in my game?

I wasnt sure if I needed to put this here or CC. So I unsynced my one drive, and it removed some of my sims 4 files, mostly mods and cc I think, I did see some tray there too though (as long as most other thigns in my documents) I've managed to restore them but I dont know how to get them back into my game, and how to get everyhting out of one drive before I delete it!

Help would be much much appriciated I am so stressed right now
