2 of my sims are having a baby. How do I know if any of them are having twins or triplets? The size of their belly doesn't show anything about if my sims are having 1 or more babies. How can I tell? I have seen other people say that their sim is having twins but I don't know how to figure it out.
I don't believe there is a way to fully tell what your sim is going to have. The sex and how many babies that are going to be born are automatically decided as soon as the sims woohoo and become pregnant. Adding on to the answer, in the Sims 3 there was a way to encourage if your sims was going to have a boy or a girl. If you wanted a girl you would have to eat watermelon etc, but like I said, the sex is decided as soon as your sims woohoo.
There is a mod that I use that still works just fine. Go to MTS and look for the mod PregnancyScan and ReseedV2.0 by Java7nerd. The mod allows you to do a pregnancy scan for the selected sim and you can use the reseed option to change the sex of the baby. The mod will also tell you if the pregnant sim is having twins etc. Hope that helps.
