Sims 4 Addon wont download

So i bought a few dlcs/addons for the sims since it was on sale, all worked exept lovestruck it doesnt say download, only says In-game Content.
I tried repairing trough steam for that is where i own the sims, i cleared the cache, restarted pc multible times and tried deleting and downloading again and again. Nothing works.
The other DLCs work as intented. All bought trough ea store

Kwakje60 Yes, that's exactly what it means (unless you also see Lovestruck itself as a separate entry). If you bought the key from a third-party seller who advertised the product as the full expansion, you can try asking them for a key for the expansion, or a refund. Hopefully you'll get somewhere. But EA customer support isn't going to help unless the purchase was made through EA.

Kwakje60 Where you see in-game content, does it only say Lovestruck, or do you see "Lovestruck Heartbreak Happens Digital Content"? The latter is the early-order bonus content, not the pack itself, and it would say "in-game content" rather than "download" just like other bonus content.

If you do see Lovestruck itself, please post a screenshot.

It says lovestruck hearthbreak happens digital content, does that mean i dont own the pack itself and cant use it?
