how do I make a suggestion for an improvement to Sims 4?
I hope I'm addressing the right department. I would like to know how to make suggestions for The Sims 4 game improvement. Specifically, a number of times my game has crashed when I hadn't saved in a couple hours and I lost all that had been gained/done in game for that period. It's very frustrating. I think every app I use, particularly design programs, have an auto-save feature that protects your work in the event of a crash. Please incorporate that feature into the game at the next update. I'm sure thousands of players would appreciate it. Thank you. I love this game and it just keeps getting better!
