How Do I Rotate Objects, Such As Toilets ??

Could be that you might find the Sims 3 mouse easier to work with
Try hitting CTRL+SHIFT+TAB, if you don't like, hit it again and it will go back.

I think you can rotate with ( , ) and ( . ) on your keyboard
