how to change the language in sims 4?

I want to change the language of my game to English. I have no idea how to do this because I bought the game in Poland cause that's where my mom's from but I don't really like having to translate every other word to English and I was wondering if there's any way to just change the language? I tried changing the region to England and uninstalling the game and then installing again but the only language options are Polish, Russian and Czech. I guess it's going to be hard to change it to English but if there is any way or maybe anyone I can write to and like just anything I'd be so grateful if anyone could tell me what to do. I'm not gonna die if the game stays in Polish but I'd be sooo much easier and better for me in English.

I also forgot to add that I'm currently in Poland visiting relatives and I don't know if the location is a problem.

  • @marysowa and @DrateGon  You could try contacting EA customer support and asking that the language locked version of Sims 4 be removed from your account and the global version added instead.  Support will sometimes do this if you get a live chat (not email).  If you don't see the option to live chat, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

The other option is to download the game from Steam, which only offers the global version.  Your EA-owned packs would work in the Steam install: you'd install them from the EA App after you installed the base game in Steam.

  • I from Ukraine, my language in my profile - English - because you didn't give us any other option. But my game downloaded in EA app is in Polish! I can't change it and I barely understand that I reading there.
We had problem like this with russian but now - we don't get even English. Reinstalling - not helping. Download via Steam with language option - game is not even starting. Why you can't do anything right for everyone? We as Ukrainians still see russian rubles in your store, didn't get our language (biggest country in Europe).

UPDATE: Wow, I find the way to change - but only to russian, Czech or Polish - not even Enlgish and of course not Ukrainian.

Thank you so much! Only now I'm really struggling to find the live chat option? Could you please give me some instructions or anything like that? I already have the location set to US and I've tried to change the category and yet I can't find the live chat. But really thank you so much, you're really saving me rn.

@marysowa  All I can suggest is trying different options, perhaps in different browsers or in private/incognito windows, and maybe at different times of day.  It used to be that live chat was offered pretty much any time in English at least, but these days, it seems more and more difficult to get the option to show up.

Edit:  You could also try this:
