How to check if game has updated?

I kept waiting for the 16/02 update to download, then realised this morning automatic updates was off. I've turned it on and restarted the EA app, but the game still isn't updating. There also hasn't been the option for me to update instead of play like usual. Is there any way I can see when the last time the game updated was? I've had a look at settings but can't see anything.
