Also, I have already turned off Controlled Folder access and I even added the file for sims 4 to the accepted files
@SunnyJae If you see this error every time the game patches, then the problem is either the patch itself or its delivery, or how your system responds to it. Since only a few people see the error each patch, as opposed to all of us, the problem is on your system. The usual suspect is an antivirus because an antivirus could easily be flagging the changes the patch makes to the game's program files, and because other system issues would be unlikely to both show up only after a patch and be fixable (usually) by the listed steps.
Next time there's a patch, try disabling your antivirus completely before updating and see what happens. For now, make a completely new folder somewhere on your computer and use Origin's Move Game feature to move Sims 4 to that folder. It can theoretically be anywhere, but in practice, it's better to stay away from Documents or Program Files.
