How to fix the repeating clock/time and day? (Sims 4)

Hi.

So my game started having problem when I moved into a new celebrity lot, I tried to edit the lot and cheat edit a butler in CAS. After that everything I edit on the lot was lost and the house looked the same as its old look. Also, the time keeps going back at Sun 9:30 every time I exited the games and re-enter... It seems can't save any action that I played before... I tried to move to the new lot, but it wasn't solved anything... Please tell me what to do to fix it?

    If you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix the game in Origin. If you don't have mods delete this file and fix the game also.
    Origin/Library -right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
    Turn on the game to create a new mods folder. Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method

    Thank you for your respond... I tried to do everything that you said... I removed all the mod and cc, then tried to play without it and my games could not save at all, it showed this "The game failed to save. Error Code: 510:a19a5568:f7fe8698"... When I played with mod and cc, it seems like it could save but I re-entered the game the time still stuck at Sun 9:30am... my game could save some actions, but it just repeated the same day and same time when I exited and re-entered the game... I tried to do everything but I won't work at all.
