how to install the sims 4??? HELP!

you say days, try weeks. I brought this game in January 16 and start  doing all the steps and it went to download and is still doing as of  February 2 . You might want to try weeks.

Does the progress bar move at all ?

zvitormestriner this is how you could do that {this is the easiest thing to do} but if u want to follow my instructions you will get the trial, but i know how to solve the problem..

#1. You need origin (sign in or make a new account)

#2. find sims 4

#3. as u said u need the version so just go to trial.

#4.click  get trial then select your language

#5. and it will start download

 it may download for a few days but dont worry it will still download, it also has stunning graphics and good sound FX.

if the trial  ended make sure u sign out and make another account.

The redeem code tab doesn't help when the tab is blank. No box to enter code on.

it tells me that ode has already been redeemed.
