How to restart my origin account. SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE!

I am so angry! So I have had the sims 4 since 2015 and made my origin account then. I have not learned how to install mods till now. So I tried to use mods and it worked fine. But then I tried to use a mod that changes the texture of your sims to an alien like thing. It did not work and the game bugged out. So I took that mod out and tried to start a new household. It did not work and the game crashed. So I posted my household on the gallery so I could re download it and not have to work on my household again. Yet, the process went on and now I have a ton of game crash notes and posts on the gallery and so many different problems like, How do I delete a post, How can I get the game to work again, Is it possible that someone could just help me wipe my origin account completely and just keep my games to restart the sims. So then I tried to make a new game and create a household from scratch even so that I still had all my posts on my account with custom content and stuff. I did not work still and the game crashed. Now, the only thing I can do with the sims is open the game a browse the world and stuff, If I try to do any gameplay at all, The game just gives up on me. So maybe, there is a complicated way to reset all this and that would help me, But I was wondering if there is just a way to create a new origin account of something but still have all my games so that I do not have to repay all the money I have spent on it. I REALLY NEED THIS PROBLEM FIXED OR ELSE I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY THE SIMS EVER AGIAN!
