@L1FELESSL1VING No, it's not possible to restore deleted saves, sorry. They're only stored locally, not on EA servers. And even paid data-recovery services are almost never able to reconstruct a deleted save with enough accuracy that Sims 4 will be able to load it.
The one place you could look for your saves is in OneDrive, either locally or on onedrive.com. Sign in with your Microsoft account and check both "My files" and the recycle bin. If you do find saves there, you can download them, and they should be intact.
In general, it's always best to keep backups of your saves and other critical data. You never know when you'll run into a computer issue, whether of your own making or not, and having a backup means you won't lose everything.
Good Evening I have a issue so while i was trying to save my game and the white box drop and said failed to save game options. So i exit and save to the main menu and its acting like i never had that family so now im been trying to recoved my game but its not there.

@Kaila227 In the saves folder listed in your screenshot, do you see a save with a timestamp that matches when you saved and exited to the Main Menu? If not, perhaps that save failed too. If so, please post a screenshot of the contents of the save folder so I can take a look. Let me know which save is the right one according to its timestamp; you can list its name or just put an arrow next to it.
