how to stop auto saving?
my game has a glitch it saves by itself and it makes the game slower so I want to stop this problem i don't want it to make auto saving

You seem to have a hard time understanding the no autosave. So let me see if I can explain it in a way you can understand.
You said you loaded the game and did a couple changes before entering manage world without saving when exiting manage world you found the changes still there and thought that meant the game was saved but it isn't if you exited the game again without saving and started it again you would see that you were back where you started the last time and that nothing were saved. Hope that clears it up for you.
There is not much to tell about your DxDiag. There are some crashes with Explorer.exe. Make sure your Windows is fully updated and make sure the the game uses the Nvidia graphics card instead of the builtin graphics. Nvidia control panel 3D settings.
